Simply submit a project, connect with interested providers, chat, review and validate offers, and start working with your chosen provider.

As a Service Provider, you can automatically receive projects that match your skills. You can then choose to make an offer to the Studio, ask questions through the chat, submit your offer, and start working with your client.

Boilr is a free platform for Game Studios and Service Providers to join.

We charge Game Studios a fee once a deal is validated, meaning the quote is approved and the collaboration is about to begin. Service providers can use the platform for free.

Boilr's Terms of Service guarantee the highest level of confidentiality for all users who share information on our platform.

Game studios can add their own NDA at no additional cost if their project requires even more specific details regarding confidentiality.

Payments are made through an escrow account to ensure that the expected work is delivered by the Service Provider. The funds are wired through bank transfer to an escrow account held by Credit Mutuel ARKEA, a trusted third-party bank, and are released once the Game Studio approves the work received.

Payment is required in advance for the milestone or period of work to be provided by the Service Provider. This ensures that the Game Studio has sufficient funds to pay for the work.

Game Studios have 15 days to approve or request changes before the funds are automatically released. Failure to respond within this time frame will be considered as approval.
